Having a wedding reception, a graduation or meeting?
RealtorŪ Hall is perfect for those such occasions!
REALTORŪ Hall is located at 2710 Campbell Street in Sandusky, Ohio.
The hall may be rented for events such as graduation, birthday parties,
wedding receptions, retirement parties, office parties or even family reunions.
REALTORŪ Hall will hold up to 160 guests and is
a Non-Smoking facility
The rental fee is $450.00. The
balance of your rental fee ($450.00) must be paid
90 days prior to the scheduled event.
A key deposit of $100.00 (not included in rental fee
information above) . This is required to hold your date.
A refund check will be issued to you within 30
days for the key deposit, if the key is returned within 3 days
and the hall is in satisfactory condition.
If alcohol will be available for consumption during the rental
period, you must provide a copy of a Special Event Endorsement
or a certificate of insurance to verify that you have in existence
a comprehensive personal liability policy, or homeowners
policy, providing coverage of at least $300,000 which covers
yourself and the Firelands Association of REALTORS for the
scheduled event to the Office
before your event.
You are NOT permitted to charge for alcohol.
If you are not a homeowner and/or are unable to provide the
above documents, you can request that we make arrangements
for security @ $45.00 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
Ample parking is available
for your guests, as well as a lighted parking lot, large restrooms,
dance floor, wet bar and a caterer kitchen. There are no restrictions on caterers.
You are not permitted to cook in our facility, you may use the stove/oven to
warm your food. Our facility is handicap accessible.
Several photos of our hall set up for a wedding have been provided below, however
we do not provide linens or decorations. The lighted archway in the first photo
is available for rental at a fee of $25.00.
