Application for New Office Membership - Board/MLS

Applies to any Broker who wishes to join our Board and make FAR their Primary Board. Usually they do this because they want the MLS.  This office application is only for the Broker, it includes new office fees, initiation fees, OAR and NAR dues.  If the Broker joins our Board (we are the Primary Board), all their agents must also join.

Application for New Office - MLS

This is for a new office to join our MLS from another Board, or a new office who just joined our Board. 

If joining from another Board, the Broker is the only one who has to join, the fees are listed on the application. This Broker must belong to a Board somewhere in Ohio and must belong to an MLS somewhere in Ohio.

If FAR is to be the primary Board, the Broker must join and so must any other agents in the office.  The agents would use the regular Realtor Application form below.

Application for Affiliate Appraiser MLS/FAR Membership

This applies to Appraisers that would like access to our MLS on a limited basis.

Application for Realtor FAR/MLS Membership

This applies to any new agent that is making FAR their primary Board.  All licensed agents with a Broker that belongs to FAR as the primary Board must join. We do not have Non-Realtor members in our Board.  They must also belong to MLS, providing the Broker belongs.  The Realtor membership application provides fees for the MLS, they do not need to fill out the MLS salesperson application.

If a Realtor belongs to an office out of our area and wishes to make FAR their primary Board; the Broker must have an office in our area or the Broker must join the board as a "Secondary" member.

Application for MLS Salesperson Membership

This application is for Realtors that belong to another Board & MLS.  They can only join our MLS only if the Broker belongs as an office.  They have to be affiliated with an office that belongs here.

Affiliate Membership

Any affiliate person can join our Board by paying the fees.  Affiliates do NOT have access to our MLS system.
